Free Site Evaluation

If you’re not quite sure about your building site or a potential land purchase, we can meet you at your land, lot, or property you are interested in purchasing, and offer you our professional evaluation of how buildable the location is. We will look at the location’s potential for factors such as driveway location, foundation types (slab, crawlspace, or basement), erosion control, water drainage, building setbacks, utilities needed, clearing and more. The land you choose to build on is an important part of the custom home building process, and can impact the features your house can have and the floorplan you’ll get, so checking with professional home builders is the best way to move forward if you’re interested in starting your custom home project!

Free Ballpark Estimate

Looking for a ballpark estimate of what it might cost to build the custom home you’re thinking about? We will do a free ballpark estimate for you, that usually falls within plus or minus 5%, depending on how much detail you can give us. If you’d like a ballpark estimate, send us a plan you already have or have found that you’re interested in, or just sketch something up, and we can ballpark it for you. If our estimate is within or close to your budget, we can meet to go over the details about which specifications are included in the estimate, and talk about moving forward!

Free “Before You Build” Consult

Still learning about the home building process or have questions before choosing a builder? We offer a free consultation before you build, so you can ask any questions you have about the process of building a custom home, and go over everything you can expect.
