The Monica – This gorgeous ranch style house was completed in Cherokee County in 2023. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house featuring an in-law suite and pool. We love the stained concrete flooring through most of the house, as well as the 2 sided focal fireplace between the living room and kitchen/dining room. They added accent touches throughout to make it their own and it turned out beautifully.
