Old Mulehouse in Jasper

“Our new go-to spot when we’re vacationing in the mountains! Everything we had (hummus duo, giant pretzel, mulehouse burger, wellness bowl) was spectacular, and the price was very affordable (less than $50).” -Melissa from Atlanta

“The staff was great. The tables were spaced well apart. The atmosphere was ‘hipster,’ as my mom called it, though I would call it more ‘industrial chic on a medium budget.’ The menu has good variety, there are TVs for watching the game, and there is some patio seating. I’m sure everyone here could find something to enjoy.” -Lindsay from Atlanta

The Last Catch in Jasper

“This was a surprise, good  seafood in Georgia mountains.  Our group went for lunch on Wednesday, the restaurant was busy, yet service was excellent. The seafood dishes were large portions, your choice of grilled fried or blackened, fresh tasting and quite good.  It was decided by all – definitely will return.” -Gloria from Woodstock

“We really enjoyed our meal! The seating was all these booths in a long row so it felt a bit private. The owner and other wait staff also checked in on us, it felt like they really cared about the dining experience.” -Jill from Dunwoody

61 Main Restaurant in Jasper

“What a gem of a restaurant in downtown Jasper! We came for the Monday night supper which was a superb and very hearty home cooked meal for only $13. The meal came with generous servings. I was also impressed at how many different entree options there were. I opted for a grilled Georgia mountain trout and it was delectable. Texture was perfect and the light sauce on top was on point. I also really enjoyed a sausage and potato soup as well as their cornbread (super moist). The menu is always changing so I’ll definitely be back!” -Mendy from Atlanta

“Best restaurant in Jasper. They cater to all types of dietary needs. The food is always consistent and reasonably priced.” -Kurt from Lilburn

Bigun’s Barbecue in Talking Rock

“Terrific meal, clean and spacious dining room, efficient and friendly staff! Love the choices, especially the brisket and onion rings!” -Carol from Suwanee

“Yum! What a treat! While in town on business I was recommended to try this BBQ place by multiple locals. It did not disappoint. I ordered the pork platter with two sides (slaw and potato). It also came with some of the best cornbread I’ve had in a long while. The pulled pork just melts in your mouth and the BBQ original sauce is sweet with a little tang. I could eat their pulled pork everyday of the week and always ask for seconds. I did not leave hungry and be sure to get some bread pudding to go!” -Rick from New York

Buffalo Luke’s in Calhoun

“Buffalo Luke’s is our go to restaurant. We visit at least once per week. We refer all our friends, compare every wing place we visit to their wings. Always fresh, always tasty, always fresh.” -Debbie from Cumming

“Buffalo Luke’s worked with us to provide snacks for our Volunteer Coaches this summer.  They were friendly and the Wings were delicious.  It’s great to have a local restaurant that goes out of its way supporting the community. We got a variety of Wings and I can’t say which I enjoyed the most because I ate some of each… I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.” -William from Big Canoe

Woodbridge Inn Restaurant in Jasper

“I have never had a bad experience here. I worked there in high school. 25 years later I return for the food and friends. Every dish is exact and the service as if you’re the only one there… You won’t get anxious about the bill and when you leave you’ll think of any reason to return.” -Charles from Jasper

“We have stayed in this inn and have made the trip back to eat , absolutely beautiful inn! The food is amazing, the cheese plate!! The grounds are gorgeous.” -Kelly from Dalton

Bub-Ba-Q in Jasper

“If you pass by Bub-Ba-Q because it looks like a hole in the wall, you’re missing out. It doesn’t look fancy and it’s not, but the best barbecue, in my humble opinion, doesn’t come from fancy restaurants. Bub-Ba-Q is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is great. I am a Texan now living in Jasper and we Texans know our barbecue. Theirs is a nice mix of Kansas City, Memphis, North Carolina, and Texas, so all barbecue lovers will be happy. The sides are homemade and generous. You *will* leave happy! They also do a great carry-out business.” -Ed from Jasper

“Great spot in jasper off the main rd with plenty of parking . Wings Wednesday is a great special on chicken wings very saucy and tasty. The pulled chicken and corn on the cobb is a delicious meal along with a sweet tea. Fried Okra is a must as a side along with french fries. Will definitely stop by when in the area.” -Yury from Dunwoody
