We at Precision Custom Home Builders specialize in designing and building custom homes for clients who own vacant lots or have land. We are located in Canton, GA and build in Cherokee and surrounding counties. We have been building Custom Homes since 2003 and have recently completed our 150th Custom Home. We are headquartered in historic Downtown Canton at 270 E Main Street, Suite B.
We understand that building a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make in their lifetime and we build each home with that in mind. Our goal at Precision Homes is to continually improve upon our design and building process. We do this by continually improving upon every home we build and by making the Design-Build process transparent, organized, and detailed. Precision Homes promises to build every home to the highest quality standards in construction and to make the experience of building your dream home as pleasant as possible.

Dan Ellsworth, Owner
Dan is a 2nd generation custom home builder with an Engineering Degree from Brigham Young University. His previous engineering career has allowed him to create the optimal home building experience—unmatched by any others.
Katy Ellsworth, Owner
Katy has over 20 years’ experience with home design and customer satisfaction. She works around the clock to ensure that each customer is heard and is getting the most out of their custom home.
Jared Ellsworth, Project Manager
Jared is a 3rd generation custom home builder with a Construction Management degree from Brigham Young University. Having experienced every aspect of the building process, he is able to effectively problem solve and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
Tad Ellsworth, Finance Manager
Tad has a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s in Business Management from Brigham Young University – Hawaii. With a background in corporate finance, he is responsible for keeping the company running on the back-end.
