Vaulted & Coffered Ceilings
Two-story vaults with exposed wood beams, coffered grids in stained or painted wood, tongue-and-groove planking, and wood inlay detail. Each ceiling is engineered to anchor the room and pull the eye up where the architecture lives.
Statement Fireplaces
Floor-to-ceiling stone, brick surrounds, custom wood mantels, and corner-angle hearths. We design fireplaces to anchor the room — gas, wood-burning, or hybrid — with built-in flanking that ties the millwork together.
Built-in Cabinetry & Bookshelves
Custom built-ins flanking the fireplace, lit display niches, hidden TV cabinetry, and full-height bookshelves. Every built-in is designed during pre-construction to match your cabinetry, trim profiles, and stained or painted finishes.
Custom Millwork & Trim
Wainscoting, board-and-batten, picture-frame molding, layered crown profiles, and hand-finished mantels. Our trim carpenters work on-site with your selections — no off-the-shelf profiles, no shortcuts.
Oversized Windows & Natural Light
Floor-to-ceiling windows, transoms above french doors, two-story walls of glass, and corner stacks that frame the view. North Georgia lots deserve windows that pull the mountains, the trees, and the lake right into the room.
Hardwood Flooring
Wide-plank white oak, hand-scraped hickory, herringbone inlays at thresholds, and stained-to-match transitions. Every floor is site-finished in your selected stain and sheen so the great room flows seamlessly with adjoining spaces.
