Building a custom home is a monumental adventure. Having just completed mine with Precision, I can assure you that you've maybe thought of 50% of the decisions you'll need to make. Dan, his family, and his amazing crew have thought about the other 50% — and will advise on all 100%.

We used Precision to build our dream custom home. We went through multiple rounds of bidding process to select the builder we wanted to work with. Honesty, good communication and quality work was among the things that were most important to us. Katy, Dan, Brittany and the entire Precision team fit all these criteria from the beginning. They were very honest and thorough in the initial walkthrough to detail everything that we should expect. Dan has a detailed spec sheet that shows the breakdown of costs in each line, vs some other builders were only able to give us ballparks of the building costs without any details or charge a premium solely based on the location of our build. We went through several changes afterwards and they were very accommodating and timely to ensure that the changes were being executed. With every building project, nothing ever comes as perfect, and our home was no exception. The most important thing to us at the end of the day was to be able to work through the imperfection and know that we are left with a quality build that we can call it our dream home! 5 stars!

Precision Custom Home Builders did a great job with our Farm House style home. Dan, Katy, and the team kept us informed as much as possible through the process. Through all of the delayed materials due to COVID in 2020, we were still able to complete our home within two months of our contract date. We are super happy to have a beautiful home to call our own and are thankful the entire team did their best on every avenue of this project. We love all the vendors they recommended and the quality of our home shows the precision they truly shine.
