Cherokee County's premier lakefront community
Lake Arrowhead is 540 acres of private water and 18 miles of shoreline, tucked into the mature woods of North Georgia — and just 45 minutes from Atlanta. We've built here for years. We know the terrain, the architectural review board, and how to set a home so the water is the first thing you see each morning.
Waterfront living
Waterfront and lake-view lots with direct access to 540 acres of water — boating, fishing, and quiet mornings on the dock.
Room to build
From shoreline lots to wooded interiors, every homesite is a different canvas — we help you pick one that fits the home you want.
Built for the land
Rolling hills, hardwoods, long views. We site and grade each home to work with the terrain — not against it.
We don't build the same house twice.
Whether it's a waterfront estate with panoramic views or a wooded lot with room to breathe, Lake Arrowhead hands us a different canvas every time. Our job is to read the land — the slope, the sun, the water — and design a home that belongs on it.

What makes Lake Arrowhead unique?
It's Cherokee County's premier lakefront community — 540 acres of private water and 18 miles of shoreline, wrapped in mature hardwoods. Waterfront estates, lake-view lots, quiet wooded interiors — and still only 45 minutes from Atlanta.
What kinds of lots can I build on?
Waterfront lots with direct access, lake-view lots, and quiet wooded interiors. Each one builds differently — we'll help you match a lot to the home you have in mind, and tell you straight what each will take.
How long does a custom home take here?
Typically 12–16 months, depending on size, design, and extras like docks or covered outdoor living. Lakefront sites can add site-work time — we factor that into your schedule up front.
Do I have to work with the review board?
Yes — Lake Arrowhead's POA reviews every home to protect the community's character. We've been through it many times and handle the approvals for you, so there are no surprises.
Can you maximize my lake views?
That's the whole point. We site and grade the home, place the main living level, and lay out windows and decks so the water is what you see first — every morning.
