The Cunningham - This unique home was completed in 2022. This plan, like majority of our houses, was custom drawn to fit these homeowners needs and wants. The house was built around a central courtyard theme. It gives a light and airy feel throughout with the vaulted ceilings and numerous large windows. For more of a contemporary touch, it has gorgeously stained concrete floors throughout, with accents of brushed gold tones used on the hardware and lighting fixtures. The adventurous blue cabinets draw you into the kitchen, then off to the side you'll find a charming sitting area with built in window seating and a cathedral ceiling housing an intriguing contemporary chandelier.
