The Waites – This brick and siding home was built on a basement with a large covered porch that includes brick flooring. Parking includes a two car garage up and one car garage at the basement level. The family room has a brick fireplace and a barn-door style entrance to an adjacent room. The family room has an open-concept floor plan that leads into the bright kitchen with its white cabinetry and lots of natural lighting. The master bathroom was designed with his-and-her vanities and a walk-in shower. The outdoor living space features a two level deck with the upper deck partially enclosed by a screened porch.
