This Is All We Do
Building on your own land means choosing exactly where you live, how your home is designed, and what matters most to your family. We've done it more than 250 times across North Georgia — and we never build the same house twice.
Let's Build on It.
Whether it's a cleared lot in a subdivision, wooded acreage in the mountains, or family land that's been waiting for the right time — we evaluate your site, design a home that works with the terrain, and handle every detail of construction.
Every home is unique. Yours will be designed around your land's topography, your family's needs, and your style — from the foundation type to the final finishes.

I cannot recommend Precision enough. They simplified the massive undertaking of homebuilding into manageable sections — consistent communication and service from start to finish, and a high-quality home without cutting corners.
Dan and Katie built our mountain home almost six years ago. They were so easy to work with — at Dan's suggestion we even trimmed costs in several places. I highly recommend them.
The home is solid. Sturdy foundation, solid framing, expert plumbing and electric, beautiful custom built-ins. This home was made to last. They delivered our dream house.

I don't own land yet — can you help me find a lot?
Absolutely. We know the communities and mountain properties across North Georgia and can point you to available lots. We'll also evaluate any property you're considering during your due-diligence period.
